WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE WITH ME?
Online orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We try to keep all products in stock, but sometimes certain items are unavailable.  In the event of a possible delivery delay, we will inform you via email.  If your order is time sensitive then please email us with your order number and we will try our best to get it to you in time.

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Once shipped, you will be notified by email, your order should be with you within 1-2 business days.  If your order hasn’t arrived then please contact us at hello@thelittlenotescompany.co.uk

WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
The Little Notes Company accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We Also accept PayPal.
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the costs will be refunded to you (though delivery costs are non-refundable). If a product arrives to you and is faulty, then please let us know immediately, and we will be happy to organise a refund.

IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?
The Little Notes Company takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is for the sole purpose of order processing and shipping.
