Privacy Policy & use of your personal information
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order. The type of information we will hold about you includes: your name, address, phone number and email address. We use this information to dispatch your order and for notifications about your order such as processing and dispatch information.

Making a purchase
By making a purchase with us you enter into a contract and payment is requested at time of purchase. We accept all major debit/credit cards which are processed securely by Paypal/Sage Pay. Card details are not stored nor can they be viewed by The Little Notes Company. All prices shown are in £ sterling and we reserve the right to alter these at any time.

All products are described as accurately as possible with concise details on the relevant product page. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at any time.

Product images
We may take images of items you have purchased and these, on occasion may be published on the website to showcase our designs. All images remain our copyright.

Colour Options
If buying more than one item in separate orders there may be slight variations in colour between order. Our colour charts are intended as a guide only.

We dispatch to the UK by Royal Mail; please see our FAQ’s for more information on delivery.
Delays in transit/lost items
You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail and if your order does not arrive when expected we will conduct an investigation and where applicable send replacements or issue a refund. If it is close to the date your order is needed, please do not delay in contacting us; failure to do so may mean that replacements cannot be delivered in time for your event/needs.

Any damaged items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All intended returns must be reported to us in writing (by email); we will reply with our returns instructions and returns address. Items must be returned to us in original packaging and where the item is not damaged, should also be in a re-saleable condition and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We will email to confirm that we have received your returned item/s and will arrange replacement or refund. Refunds will include original order postage costs but not return postage costs. We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit on their way back to us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and should we not meet your expectations please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update and make alterations to these terms at any time to ensure we keep updated with current policy and legislation. By using our website you accept that you will be responsible for ensuring you stay updated with any changes to our terms.
